As the only medical spa in Pittsburgh offering a holistic approach to medical aesthetics, we are very discerning of any products and devices we choose to offer. You can count on us to safely and comfortably deliver results as our office follows a tradition of continuous education based on medicine, science and technology. All of our staff has been trained by Dr. Roxana Barad, as well as trainers who are routinely brought in to ensure everyone is up-to-date on the latest techniques, products, devices and concepts. Erin Crombie
Front Office Manager
Erin has an extensive background in customer relations, customer service, and patient coordination. With over 20 years implementing these skills, along with her positive energy, Erin makes a great addition to Aesthetic Skin & Laser Center. With a welcoming personality, Erin embraces the opportunity to work with Dr. Barad and her team, assisting clients in all their aesthetic needs. She has always had an interest in the world of beauty and looks forward to meeting and helping you to feel your best.

After a 35 year career with the U.S. Government, I returned home to Pittsburgh to start a new chapter in the book of life! I spent my career providing administrative and logistical support to both military and civilian personnel throughout the world. Since I have always had an interest in beauty, I am very excited to be a member of the Aesthetic Skin & Laser Center front office and with my skills, I am looking forward to being a unique addition to the team.

Julie has over 25 years of aesthetic experience in resort, spa, and medical settings, with a concentrated emphasis in medical and laser technology. Her passion for the science behind this evolving field is evident in her results-driven techniques customized for each individual.

Lindsay has been working in the medical aesthetics industry since 2019. She loves to work with laser technology to deliver the best results for her clients, no matter what skin concerns they have. Lindsay loves staying up to date with the newest aesthetics technologies, and above all is committed to improving people's confidence.
Barbara Calcagni, CCT II
Clinical Thermographer
Barbara is a Certified Level II Clinical Thermographer who had extensive training and certification with Meditherm in the UK. She has since returned to her hometown to help patients with detection of inflammation, pain, disease, and early breast abnormalities by way of thermal imaging. Barbara has been employed by Meditherm for four years prior to beginning her own business. She is passionate about Thermography and believes in painless non-invasive ways to prevent and detect early changes in the body.
