Scheduling your Consultation

The process begins with your phone call or online request to schedule an appointment. You will meet with Dr. Barad or one of our Licensed Medical Aestheticians based on the service you choose for an in-depth consultation.

A credit card is required to be placed on file to complete the booking process. Your credit card will not be charged to book your appointment but will be held and charged the amount of your consultation fee in the event you do not show for your appointment or call to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior.

Your consultation fee will be applied to the purchase of your same day service provided by your consultant (not valid on products).

Aesthetician Consult Fees

Consult fee for MedSpa services: $25
Consult fee for SlimLipo: $50

Physician Consult Fees

Consult fee for Injectables & Fillers: $100
Consult fee for SlimLipo: $200

Your Appointment

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to complete consent forms or other paperwork. If you are a new patient, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your consultation to complete a client profile so we can better understand your treatment goals and medical history.

We will then meet, review your profile and concerns, and answer any questions that you may have. After a skin evaluation, we will give you options and inform you of what treatments/services are available to help you achieve your goals. The right treatment plan will ensure positive results and, ultimately, your satisfaction.

Cancellation Policies and Fees

Your consultation and treatments are reserved especially for you. At Aesthetic Skin & Laser Center, we value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, it is necessary to give a 48-hour notice by calling us at 412-683-3358. Cancellations cannot be accepted by email. Failure to show up for a scheduled consultation or appointment will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee or prepaid booked services.

Late Policy

You will be considered late if you have not arrived by the starting time of your appointment through the end of our 15 minutes grace period, after which you will be considered a missed appointment / no show.

If you will be late for your appointment please call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals up to 15 minutes late, so long as it does not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. If we are unable to extend your appointment, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to receive your service and will need to reschedule or, if possible, shorten your treatment time. 

If you are more then 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule your appointment.

All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. We reserve the right to terminate any client’s session, package, or contract without refund if the client has broken any terms or policies. We use this page to communicate all policies to current and potential clients. Prices and policies are subject to change.
