PRP for Hair Loss - Hair Growth Treatment
A favorite of our male clientele especially, Aesthetic Skin & Laser Center’s PRP Hair Regrowth Treatment for thinning hair provides the most effective results available for minimally invasive procedures.
Short for Platelet-Rich Plasma, this treatment uses platelets from your own blood to stimulate hair regrowth and improve hair density, making it ideal for male pattern baldness, as well as men and women of all ages experiencing thinning hair.
One of our professionally licensed aestheticians draws a small amount of blood, which is then placed in a centrifuge to extract the platelets. After a topical numbing agent is applied to your scalp, the PRP is then injected at specific locations using tiny microneedles.
Approximately 30 minutes later, the treatment is complete! Follow-up treatments depend on the client but are typically recommended about once a month for the first 3-4 months, with maintenance treatments every 3-6 months thereafter. Visible results typically appear within the first few months of treatment.
